Free Shipping, Everywhere We Ship

Shipping is always free at checkout — there's no shipping fee added to your order. We've built the cost of shipping into our product prices so you see a single, clear total before you check out.

How Long Will My Order Take?

Each OTR Designs item is made just for you after you order. Total delivery time is typically:

  • Production: 2-7 business days
  • Shipping (after production): 3-8 business days
  • Total (typical): 5-15 business days

Mugs typically arrive faster than apparel. Holiday and promotional periods may add 2-4 days.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates appear within 24-48 hours of shipping.

Where Do You Ship?

We currently ship within the United States, including:

  • All 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C.
  • U.S. military APO/FPO addresses
  • Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Guam

We don't yet ship to other U.S. territories or internationally. Follow us for announcements as we expand.

Wrong Address?

If you entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address:

  • Before production starts (~30 min after order): email support@otrdesigns.com immediately and we can usually fix it.
  • After production starts: the order will ship to the address provided. If it's returned to sender, we can reship to a corrected address but the customer covers the cost of the second shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you didn't receive it, please first check with neighbors, leasing offices, or building reception. If still missing, contact the carrier directly (USPS / UPS / FedEx) to open a claim. Most carrier-delivered-but-missing claims are resolved by the carrier. If the carrier confirms loss, contact us and we'll remake and reship at no cost.

Holiday Shipping Cutoffs

We'll post recommended order-by dates each November for Christmas delivery. Late-November and December order volume may add to standard production times.
