Returns Request
We want every OTR Designs order to land right. If it didn't — let's fix it. Fill out the form below (or email returns@otrdesigns.com with the same info) and we'll respond within 2 business days.
Before You Start
- Standard returns: within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
- Gift returns: within 30 days of delivery if the order was marked as a gift at checkout. Refunds issued as store credit to keep the gift private.
- Defects, damage, or wrong items: within 30 days of delivery, no return required. We cover everything.
- Item condition: Items must be unworn and unwashed for change-of-mind returns. Original packaging preferred for mugs.

What to Include (Required Fields)
If you'd rather write the email yourself, please include:
- Order number (e.g., #1001 — found in your order confirmation email)
- Full name on the order
- Email used at checkout
- Item(s) being returned (product name + size/variant)
- Return type: Standard / Gift / Defect-Damage-Wrong item
- Reason for return (one or two sentences)
- Preferred resolution: Refund to original payment / Store credit / Replacement (where eligible)
- Photos — required if you're claiming damage, defect, or a wrong item
What Happens Next
- We confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days.
- For approved returns, we send the return mailing address. (Defect/damage/wrong-item claims skip this step.)
- You ship the item back at your cost (standard returns) with tracking.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued within 5 business days. Refunds appear on most cards within 5-10 business days depending on your bank. Store credit is issued the same day.
